Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 3-7 business days.

Shipping Delivery:

We only work with the most reliable shipping companies to ensure a first-class service. In order to guarantee an efficient and prompt delivery service, we select the shipping company based on your shipping address (i.e. EMS, Postal Mail, USPS, DHL, etc.). For customers from U.S.A, U.K, Australia and most European countries, your package will arrive directly to your home within 6 to 10 working days.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it's cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from contact us or email us directly if you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

Return:

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our products from MerrySix, we will gladly refund or replace any item that arrives as defected or damaged. If you wish to return your item for any reason, you may return it undamaged and unused within 14 days with the original packaging and tags.
